On contract. Not just on call.
Some of our strata clients call us when something breaks. Others prefer a planned arrangement. Either is fine.
For planned maintenance we agree a scope and schedule with your strata manager: monthly, quarterly or yearly visits, a running list of jobs and priority response when something urgent comes up (no fixed time promise).
- Step 1 Walk the site together

Across the Northern Rivers and Tweed
We look after strata schemes, units, townhouses and villages from Byron Bay, Brunswick Heads and Mullumbimby to Ocean Shores, Kingscliff, Tweed Heads and Murwillumbah. Coastal buildings here deal with salt, damp and storm damage, so we repair for the conditions and fix the cause. We work with NSW strata schemes and Queensland body corporates on the Gold Coast border.
